November 2025 Margaret’s Notes

November 2025 Margaret’s Notes

Margaret’s Notes November 2025November is when it finally starts feeling like Fall here in Arizona, and I get excited for Thanksgiving. I think Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, as it is a time to express gratitude and just be present with family and friends. It is the calm before the craziness of the end of year holidays that starts immediately after Thanksgiving.

As I look forward to Fall, I am grateful for the team we have here at Tritch Buonocore Law. I am grateful for our ever-expanding new clients and all of our returning clients.  I am grateful for the almost daily laughter, calmness, and desire to help that feels like it permeates our office with the addition of our new teammates.

I’d like to introduce two new members of the team who have had a positive and joyful impact on the firm. One is Alexandra Fresch, or Alex, as she is known, who joined us in mid-July.  Alex is a family friend and about to graduate from my alma mater, ASU, where I met her parents. Alex had no legal experience before joining us, and she is doing a fantastic job of learning and assimilating all that she is learning. I think she can have a great career in law. She is our file master, office manager and a budding legal assistant.  If you have worked with Alex, you know that she is one of the most even-keeled people on the planet. This is a wonderful balancing energy to me, who can get thrown off by the printer breaking down or virtual meeting not working or the phone system losing its programming. The stupid, little things that go wrong, make me so frustrated and look like Popeye or Fred Flintstone when they got mad.

I “sweat the small stuff” but am calm when big life events occur for me or my clients. That’s what my clients come to me for, guidance in the midst of important life decisions. Thankfully they don’t come to me for finicky internet, calls dropping and all the small stuff that can go awry.  When that happens, Alex is on top of it and keeps us moving in the right direction.  If you haven’t met her yet, I hope you will get an opportunity soon. She is a wonderful addition to our team.

November 2025 Margaret’s NotesI am also grateful for Sarrah Nass, who recently joined in mid-September and is getting acclimated as our receptionist and intake specialist.  Sarrah has lived in different parts of the world and speaks Italian and Arabic in addition to English.  This multi-cultural awareness helps her to be open and receptive to life and what each day brings.  Sarrah is learning about our firm’s practice areas, processes, and clients but always has a warm smile and easy laughter that fills the reception area.  She says our firm is a welcome difference to family law, which is what she did in the past. Thank you for greeting Sarrah with kindness when you speak with her or come into our office. It has made her say that she looks forward to coming to work each day.

As November unfolds, I hope that we will all take the time to reflect on what is good in our life and take the opportunity to share that with others. Thank you for entrusting us with your family and companies this year.
