Tritch Buonocore Law, PLLC, having its registered office at 7975 N. Hayden Road, Suite B200, Scottsdale, Arizona, United States (“TB Law” or “we” or “us” or “our”), is an Arizona based law firm. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our clients, third-party partners, contacts, website visitors, and subscribers (collectively, “you”) and to protecting the personal information you share with us.

This Privacy Statement applies to the processing of all personal information by TB Law in connection with:

  • the services offered by TB Law to its clients and third-party partners; and

Collection of Personal Information

TB Law processes “Personal Information” regarding (i) its clients’ representatives when using any of our legal services, (ii) users of our Site, or (iii) anyone who sends us an inquiry, registers for one of our events, or subscribes to our newsletters. Personal Information generally is information that includes a personal identifier like your name, email address or physical address, phone number, IP address or device identifier, or any data that identifies, relates to, describes, is considered reasonably capable of being associated with, or could construed as being linked, directly or indirectly, back to a natural person, household, or device, subject to definitions and exceptions under all applicable law.

Some of the Personal Information we receive may also fall under the sub-category of “Sensitive Personal Information,” or a similar term, as defined by certain laws in their respective jurisdictions. This information may contain information such as your Social Security Number, driver’s license number, state identification card number, passport number, financial account and credit card information in combination with racial and/or ethnic information. To Provide Our Legal Services

TB Law processes Personal Information to perform a contract with you or to take precontractual steps at your request iso we may:

  • provide you with our legal services;
  • manage our relationship with you and carry out any related administration; and
  • send you communications related to our legal services.

In addition, TB Law processes Personal Information based on its admissible interests, which consist of:

  • providing our legal services to our clients and managing our relationship with such clients;
  • meeting our corporate and social responsibility commitments; and

Finally, TB Law processes Personal Information to comply with the legal obligations in each jurisdiction to which it is subject, including anti-money laundering or anti-bribery checks.

TB Law processes Personal Information for the performance of the contract with you to provide you with our services through our Site. We process Personal Information to store cookies on your device(s) after your consent where it may be required.

To respond to your inquiry, to inform you about our services and events, and to send you our newsletters

TB Law processes Personal Information based on its legitimate concerns, which may consist of responding to your inquiries, including those sent to the contact details provided on the contact page of the Site and, where consent is not required, sending you marketing communications regarding our services and events.

In addition, users who have consented, including through the subscription form on the Site, may receive our newsletters (client alerts, invitations or other materials or activities). For the purposes referred to under this Privacy Statement, we may need to share certain Personal Information with certain recipients. Such recipients will either act as another independent administrator or as a processor acting on our behalf and upon our instructions.

  • Other Parties with Your Consent: There may be situations where we disclose your Personal Information to other authorized third parties, only when you expressly consent to such sharing.
  • Other Parties in Connection with a Transfer of Assets: If we make a sale or transfer of assets, or are otherwise involved in a merger or transfer, we may transfer your information to one or more third parties as part of that transaction in a manner consistent with this Privacy Statement.

Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on the jurisdiction in which you reside, you may have the following rights subject to the exceptions allowed by law, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”), the Colorado Privacy Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and Connecticut’s Act Concerning Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring:

  • Transparency: Businesses that collect Personal Information subject to the above listed laws are required to provide you with notice regarding the categories of Personal Information to be collected, the purposes for which the categories of Personal Information are collected or used, whether that information is sold or shared, and the length of time we intend to retain each category of Personal Information, or if that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period, among other information.
  • Access / know the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information TB Law has collected about you, the categories of sources from which the Personal Information is collected, the business purpose for collecting the Personal Information, and the categories of third parties with whom TB Law shares Personal Information.
  • Correct inaccurate or obsolete Personal Information that TB Law may maintain.
  • Delete Personal Information under certain circumstances.
  • Not to be discriminated against on the basis of your exercising any of your rights afforded by state law.
  • Limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. TB Law does not use your Sensitive Personal Information in any matter that requires the right to limit because TB Law only collects, uses, or discloses Sensitive Personal Information as necessary to provide individuals with our services, and does not sell or share Sensitive Personal Information.

Opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information: TB Law does not sell or share your Personal Information, and therefore does not, and is not required to, provide this option.

If individuals decide to follow such links, they must be aware that TB Law takes no responsibility for the third-party content or compliance of the third-party website with data privacy laws. Children’s Privacy

TB Law does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Information from children. If TB Law is made aware that it has collected Personal Information from a child in a manner that is inconsistent with applicable laws, TB Law will delete this information as soon as possible.

We do not sell or share the Personal Information of any individuals and, therefore, will not sell or share the information of children of any age.
