Margaret Tritch Buonocore began her legal career in Los Angeles as a litigator. She then moved to London where, after completing her LLM, she worked in international business and finance for almost a decade structuring corporate finance transactions, equity offerings, debt, and derivative instruments focusing on contract and securities law issues. She returned to the U.S. and Arizona and began working in investment company, Maitland Primrose Group, Inc. where she restructured and rebuilt companies and negotiated their sale. Margaret continues to sit on Maitland’s board.
Margaret returned to the full time practice of law in 2015 and enjoys using her background in business and structuring to assist individuals and companies in planning their future, which most often takes the form of estate planning, succession planning, business sales/acquisition/investments, and probate and trust administration. She strives to provide a personal touch to her clients and reduce complex issues to information her clients can not only understand, but feel confident in making choices that fit their goals.
Margaret was admitted to the California Bar in 1994, the Rolls of Solicitors in England and Wales in 1998 and to the Arizona Bar in 2015. She also holds an active Arizona Real Estate license since 1988. Margaret has a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University- Magna Cum Laude, a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University and a Master’s in International Business Law (LLM) from The London School of Economics & Political Science.
Casey Obren grew up in a small town in Northern Arizona before making the move to the big city to complete her various degrees in Elementary Education, Special Education, and a Juris Doctor. Her first career was spent molding the minds of young children as a Special Education Teacher. After spending 5 years teaching in various rural and urban Arizona communities, she made a huge shift in her career and decided to return to school to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming an attorney.
Casey graduated from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, in 2020. She brings a great deal of prosecutorial experience, having spent time in the public sector, where she worked at Coconino and Maricopa County Attorney’s Offices in their criminal divisions prosecuting felonies. She also spent time in Washington D.C. at the Department of Justice in their Office of International Affairs with a focus on extraditions with South America. Casey also had the opportunity to work with a firm based out of D.C. where she specialized in administrative and military law, with an emphasis on correction of records applications for active, reserve, and veterans amongst the different branches of the military. In her most recent role with Don Bivens PLLC, Casey has been active in the plaintiff finding, engagement and intake of new clients, and data collection for a variety of class action lawsuits.
Casey brings prior experience with a small boutique firm where she focused on drafting estate planning documents such as trusts and wills, and assisting with creating business entities. Casey has a kind heart, and a passion for ensuring the best outcome for each of her clients.
Casey has been admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona and in the District of Columbia. Casey is a double ASU alum, graduating in 2013, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Education in 2013, and later obtaining her Juris Doctor in 2020.
Rebekah has eighteen years of experience in various accounting, executive and administrative roles in multiple industries. She was Office Manager and Bookkeeper to a local small business in Phoenix for many years prior to joining TB Law. Rebekah joined Tritch Buonocore Law, PLLC in January 2017. Her role as Accounting Manager is to organize, manage and insure the accuracy of all of Tritch Buonocore Law’s financial and operational data.
Anna attended Arizona State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the College of Engineering at the East Campus College of Agribusiness and Resource Management. Anna has always been passionate about legal studies and joins Tritch Buonocore Law in an administrative role while pursuing Legal Paraprofessional studies. She brings to the firm over 15 years of customer service experience, most recently spending the last 5 years managing a medical office where she was the foundation of communication between patients and physicians. She is fluent in Polish and a first generation native of Arizona but split her time growing up between Phoenix and Hawaii. She now lives in Scottsdale with her husband and two beautiful teenaged children. Outside of the office, Anna trains her Belgian Malinois and Rottweiler for volunteer search and rescue efforts in Maricopa and Pinal Counties. On weekends Anna spends time with family boating at Saguaro Lake or golfing at one of the Valley courses.
Ginger came on in early 2021 to lend her twelve-plus years of various business experience. Her previous positions ranged from banking to higher education to most recently, local government. She brings an outside view into the law profession with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration. Client engagement and software management will be her focus within Tritch-Buonocore Law. She was recruited by her sister Margaret to help the firm and works remotely from a small farm in Massachusetts. Chances are you will not run into her at the office in Phoenix, but her goal is to maintain close communication virtually and help provide excellent client and systems support.
