Aligning the Mission of Tritch Buonocore Law
It is now 9 years since Tritch Buonocore Law was founded, and it seemed it was important to consider the Mission and Values of the firm earlier this year and ensure the firm was aligned with them. As the founder, you can forget that what is innate to you can get lost when new people come on and are trained by other people. Without realizing, it can become a bit like the game of telephone, and everyone laughs at how distorted things can get by the end of the line. Thankfully, I don’t think that’s what happened here, but it was time to reiterate and ensure we align everyone with the reason I founded this firm- to be of service.
Below I set out our Mission and Values.
What’s our Mission?
- To help people in and through challenging/difficult circumstances, to alleviate their burden by being a trusted advisor.
- To treat them with respect and compassion throughout our work together.
- Always speaking our truth, even when it is difficult to hear. Trust is built on honesty.
- Building a financially viable firm that enables us to carry out our mission and supports our team.
What are our Values?
- Integrity with our word and work
- Fairness
- Approach our work from a place of service
- We care about our clients
- “How may I help you?” permeates everything we do. This is the essence of our firm.
We hope that in reading our Mission and Values nothing surprises you and that is your experience of Tritch Buonocore Law. But as we grow, we are striving to ensure that they do permeate everything we do. There are some personnel changes here, and we are making some new additions to the team that will be customer/client service focused. We will reveal those in next month’s newsletter.
